Abstract
Islamic law possesses distinctive rules on fiance, commerce and insurance. Modem merchant law which regulates the international commercial relations gains the respect of businessman and recognition of govern- ments. Under the background of economic globalization, it will he an urgent issue for Islamic states to respond to the fusion and conflict between Islamic law and modem merchant law, and remain loyal to Islamic law.关键词
