Abstract
Mao Zedong, who set up the illustrious example for the Communist Party and Red Army, has opened the first great ideological construction and laid the solid foundation of talents for the coming revolution success. His talents training made a great achievement in the Jing Gangshan period. The characteristics of this talents train- ing modes can be summarized as follows: rooting in local situation, training local talents, setting up glorious ex- amples by excellent men, developing Communist Party and Red Army completely, and supporting farmerg revolu- tionary practices.关键词
