摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To explore the antagonistic effect of organic Se-rich powder on nitrite-induced micronucleus of Vicia faba L. root tip cells, so as to provide a reference for its rational utilization of organic Se-rich powder. [ Method] The micronucleus rate was detected by micronucleus technique to observe the effect of organic Se-rich powder on nitrite-induced micronucleus of Vicia faba L. root tip cells. [ Result ] Low concentration of organic Se-rich powder could obviously reduce the micronucleus rate, while high concentration of Se-rich powder would promote the formation of micronucleus; Meanwhile, the organic Se solution would inhibit the nitrite-induced micronucleus formation, [Conclusion] The organic Se powder al appropriate amount can inhibit the nitrite-induced damage of cells, which suggests that it is necessary for us paying attention to the dosage during the intake of organic Se-rich powder supplements.
