摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To research the rhemiral constituents of essential oils from fresh and dry Litsea glutinosa(Lour. )C. B. Rob. [ Method] The essential oils in /- glulinosa wen- obtained by using steam distillation, and identified by GC-MS. [ Result] A total of 33 compounds were identified from the oils of fresh leaven, accounting for 91. 01% of the total oils. Among them, the main components were thirty-three compounds, β-caryophyllene(22.83% ) , Β-.OCIMene.-( 7. 19% ) , phytol(6. 90% ) , p-pincnc(6. 79% ) . α-pinene(S. 97% ), caryophyllene oxide(5.95% ) and so on. A total of 42 compounds were identified from the oils of dry leaves, representing 93. 89% of the total oils. They were mainly the β-caryophyllcne (23. 22% ), β- ocimene (7.78% ), bicyclogermarrene (7.24% ), α-caryophyllene (5.89% ), a- pinene (5.42% ) and so on. Chemical composition analysis of the essential oils showed that there were only 30 common compounds in two kinds of essential oils. [ Conclusion] This method was accurate ami reliable, which could provide scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard, and the further development ami utilization of L. gluiinosa.
