摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] The aim was to study the degradation dynamics of quinclorac in paddy field. [ Method] Degradation dynamics of quinclorac in paddy field of Hunan and Guangxi Province were studied by high performance liquid chromatography method in 2010 and 2012. [ Result] The results showed that the limit of detections (LODs) of quinclorac in samples was 0.01 mg/kg. The recovery rates of quinclorac fortified at 0.05 -1.00 mg/kg were from 80.40% to 111.38% , with CV from 1.24% to 5. 83%. The degradation of quinclorac in rice plant .paddy soil and paddy water accorded with the first-order chemical kinetic equation C = Coe‐ kl. The average half life of quinclorac was 2. 40 and 2. 43 days in rice plants,3. 05 and 2.70 days in paddy water,6.03 and 9. 30 days in paddy soil of Hunan and Guangxi Province respectively. [Conclusion] The study provides a basis for rational utilization of quinclorac in paddy field.
