摘要
Abstract
Due to excessive use of environment and over-exploitation of resource, China is confronted with the dual pressure of socio-economic development and environmental protection, so it is necessary to establish and improve the ecological compensation mechanisms, especially to vigorously improve the ecological compensation of horizontal fiscal transfer payment method. This thesis firstly expounds the connotation of ecological compensation mechanism and the fiscal transfer payment of ecological compensation, then analyzes the problems and deficiencies of China existing eco-compensation mechanism of financial transfer payment, and finally proposes that we should establish and improve the ecological compensation on the basis of what mentioned above.关键词
