摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in wheat. [Method] The HPLC conditions were; Hyperclone BDS C18(150 mm x 4. 60 mmx5 μm, phenomenex ) , mobile phase ofcarbinol acidic water ( Vcarhinol:Vwater: Vglacial acctic acid =25:75: 0.75) , flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, sampling amount of 20 pi, detection wavelength of 320 nm and column temperature of 30℃. [Result] In the range of 80. 8 -242.4 μg/ml, the relationship between concentration of quercetin and peak area was good (r=0.999 7). [Conclusion] By comparison with other methods, the method proposed in this paper has the characters of quick peak flowing out. This method can be used to determine ferulic acid in wheat. 关键词
