发根农杆菌介导的橡胶树遗传转化体系的建立
Establishment of the Rubber Tree Genetic Transformation System by Agrobacterium rhizogenes
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To establish a new rubber tree genetic transformation system for the use of gene engineering technology to research rubber tree. [Method] The leaves and stems of rubber tree Reyan 7-33-97 were infected by Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1601, 15834 and 1. 2556 to induce the hairy roots, and then the PCR technique was used to detect the hairy roots induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes. [ Result] Under the same conditions, the hairy roots can be only successfully induced from rubber tree stems by Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1601, and its induction rate reached 36. 6% ; PCR results showed that T-DNA sequences have been integrated into the genome of rubber tree. [ Conclusion] An Agrobacterium rhizogenes mediated rubber tree genetic transformation system has been preliminarily established.关键词
