摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To introduce the breeding and cultivation technology of a new soybean variety Wandou 28 with high protein and high yield. [ Method] Wandou 28 was bred through first sexual hybridization with Pu 90 - 1 as the female parent and Bao 92-1 as the male parent , then selected with pedigree method and finally generation-adding in Hainan by Crop Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1996. The yield preferment and variety characteristic of this variety were described and its main cultivation technique and trial demonstration were introduced. [ Result ] In the area test of summer soybean variety in national regional test in 2005 - 2006, Wandou 28 got the mean yield of 2 455. 65 kg/hm in2years, increasing by 4.42% compared with CK and showing the characteristics of high yield, stable yield, disease resistance and lodging resistance. The variety had the growing period of 107 d, the effective pods per plant of 35. 2, 100 grain weight of 22. 1 g, protein content in grain was 45. 83% and fat content was 19. 94% . Its optimum planting density was 225 000 - 270 000 plants/hm and it was easy to get high yield in the field with middle-high fertility. [ Conclusion] Wandou 28 was a new summer soybean variety with high protein, big grain and high protein, which was the middle summer soybean suitably to be planted in the south area of Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.
