Abstract
[ Objective ] To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. , so as to detect the antibacterial activity of their fermentation liquor. [ Method] Endophytic fungi were isolated by issue-culture method and then identified by microbial morphology, the filter paper was used to do the microbial inhibition experiment against four kinds of indicator bacteria. [ Result] 13 strains belonging to Chaeto-mium of Ascomycetes, and Aspergillus, Fusarium, Phoma and Rhizoctonia of Deuteromycotina were isolated, of which one from roots, ten from slem, and two from leaves respectively, and the fermentation liquor of 12 strains have the antimicrobial activity against one of four pathogenic microbes at least, and the fermentation liquor of two strains showed strong antimicrobial activity. [ Conclusion | Endophytic fungi in Houttuynia cordala Thunb. , whose fermentation liquor have antibacterial activities, could be a kind of new resource to screen active substance with antibacterial activity.关键词
