摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the safe dose of triehiorhpon, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture against Platichthys stellalus. [ Method] The acute toxicity of triehiorhpon, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture to Platichthys stellatus which was 18-21 cm in length and 194. 1 g in weight were determined in a 15 - 17 ℃. water bath with 3.0% -3.2% salinity. [Result] The semi-lethal concentration (LC50) of triehiorhpon to Platichthys stellatus at 24 h and 48 h were 3. 63 and 3. 31 mg/L,and its safe concentration(SC) was 0. 83 mg/L. At the same conditions, the semi-lethal concentration (LC50) of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture to Platichthys stellatus at 24 h and 48 h were 9.55 and 6. 92 mg/L, and its safe concentration (SC) was 1. 09 mg/L. The order of the toxicity of two drugs was as follows: triehiorhpon > copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture. [Conclusion] The triehiorhpon, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture should be carefully used or applied at low concentrations for the diseases control of Plalichthys stellatus.
