摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To find out the best extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo. [Method] Based on single-factor test, the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo were investigated by response-surface methodology. Three factors including extraction temperature, ultrasonic extraction time and material-liquid ratio were selected to maximize the ab-sorbance of red pigments at 471 nm with Box-Behnken design and the regression equation was stimulated. [Result] The ultrasound-assisted extraction increased the absorbance of red pigments by 106. 1% , with petroleum ether as extraction solvent, the optimum extraction parameters of red pigments were extraction temperature of 22 ℃ , ultrasonic extraction time of 32 minutes and solid-liquid ratio of 1:4. 3 (g/ ml). Under the optimal extraction conditions, the absorbance of red pigments was 1.312. [ Conclusion ] The study provides references for the development and utilization of red pigments from- red-flesh sweet pomelo.
