有机芒果质量安全标准研究
Quality Safety Standards for Organic Mango
摘要
Abstract
The paper briefly analyzed the factors influencing the quality of organic mango, and then discussed the organic production measures for improving the quality safety of mango, including the habitat environment, varieties and nursery stock, fertilizer and fertilization, and plant protection products. Then a small field test was done in base about 0. 667 hm in Tianyang County, Baise. Contents of lead,arsenic and 14 kinds of pesticide residue such as BHC in the mango' were not detected,the contents of mercury and cadmium ranged from 0. 001 mg/kg to 0. 006 mg/kg. Lastly, the quality safety index of mango was discussed and local Guangxi standards were set up for organic mango products.关键词
