Abstract
[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of cobalt in soil by microwave digestion-induetively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. [Method]The sample was decomposed by aqua regia-hydrogen peroxide, and pretreated by microwave oven with the optimized digestion parameters. [ Result ] The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 9% and the recovery was in the range of 86.7% -107.9%. [Conclusion] The method provides the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency and accuracy, and it is suitable for the determination of cobalt in soil samples.关键词
