摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To isolate and identify a Bacillus licheniformis with protease activity. [ Method] A strain with protease activity was isolated from the feed samples, and then its morphological and biochemical characteristics were identified, a 16S rDNA phylogenetic tree of this strain was constructed. [Result] The isolated strain GW201205 showed similar biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA to Bacillus licheniformis. [Conclusion] The isolated strain GW201205 is preliminarily identified to be Bacillus licheniformis.关键词
