摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the determination methods of heavy metal elements contents in tobacco soil. [Method] The five trace elements of Cr, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in tobacco soil were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma orthogonal acceleration time of flight-mass spectrometry (ICP-oaTOF-MS). Factors affecting the determination were analyzed in details. The optimum condition for the determination was obtained. [ Result] The limits of determination for Cr, As, Cd, Hg and Pb were 0.090, 0. 130, 0.083, 0.090, and 0.093 jxg/L, respectively. The recycling rates ranged from 90.67% to 100.62% . RSD was less than 5%. [ Conclusion] Compared with other methods, this method is simple, fast and accurate with high sensitivity, especially for the determination of some ultratrace elements with low concentration of ng/L. However, the abundance and sensitivity of high-quality end are worse, thus it can be used in the heavy metal detection and quality control for tobacco.
