茶园土壤中水溶性酚酸和复合态酚酸含量的调查
Investigation of Content of Water-Soluble Phenolic Acids and Complex Phenolic Acids in Tea Garden Soil
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to investigate the distribution of phenolic acids in tea garden soil. [Method] The contents of water-soluble phenolic acids and complex phenolic acids were determined in 97 tea garden soil samples from five provinces including Jiangsu, Anhui, Guizhou,Yunnan and Hunan,etc. [Result] The content of complex phenolic acids in tea garden soil ranged from 91.9 to 2612.95 μ,g/g,and 93.2% of them varied between 100 and 1 500 μg/g. The content of water-soluble phenolic acids in tea garden soil ranged from 1. 81 to 32. 7 μg/g,in which 91.75% soil samples were below 20 μg/g. [Conclusion] The water-soluble phenolic acids content is safe compared with other plants.关键词
