Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to isolate and identify Pasteurellosis multocida from Rhiomys sinensis and explore its sensitivity to drugs. [Method] Lesion samples of Rhizomys sinensis were collected from a certain farm in Honghe county,and then the isolated strain was identified by biochemical identification,animal regression experiment and drug sensitivity test. [ Result] The isolated pathogen strain belonged to Pasteurella multocida. The isolated strain was sensitive to penicillin,norfloxacin,amikacin,eic. ,while it was resistant to streptomycin,erythrocin,gentamicin, chloromycetin,etc., [Conclusion] The research result provides reference for diagnosis and treatment of Pasteurella multocida.关键词
