Abstract
[ Objective] To verify the functions of the rapid cage type of smoke clip in reducing costs and labors and improving quality and benefits. [ Method ] With the traditional hanging pole loaded smoke and conventional three-step baking process as the control, the smoke was loaded into the rapid cage clip, and then baked by two different three-step baking processes to study the matched baking process and tobacco quality of rapid cage clip. [ Result] The tobacco load amount was increased by more than 50% by the cage clip, which greatly improved the baking capacity of curing barn and significantly reduced the costs and labors; the general appearance, chemical components and sensory quality of the tobacco treated by rapid cage clip and high-humidity yellowing three-step baking process were better. [ Conclusion] The rapid cage clip has great applications in the professional baking, grading and purchasing of tobacco leaves.关键词
