Abstract
Based on the concept of modern water-saving ecological irrigation district, the main problems facing the water-saving transformation were analyzed, the construction plan and target of ecological irrigation areas were proposed, and the technological system of construction and management of modern water-saving ecological irrigation district was discussed, and finally it was pointed out that the water saving irrigation areas should be able to guarantee or promote the benign development of the irrigation environment.关键词
