地衣芽孢杆菌BL03脂肪酶基因LIP的克隆及序列分析
Cloning and Sequence Analysis of LIP Gene from Bacillus Licheniformis BL03
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To clone Bacillus licheniformis BL03 gene UP, and analyze the sequence. [ Method] The UP gene encoding lipase from B. licheniformis BID3 was amplified by PCR and cloned to the vector pMD19-T. [ Result] Nucleotide sequence analysis of the LIP gene revealed that the coding region was formed of one complete ORF including 615 base pairs. The cloned gene was 99. 67% similar with B. licheniformis LIP gene(GeneID:3098655) and the putative amino acid sequence was 99.02% similar respectively. [Conclusion] The cloned gene laid a foundation for the heteroiogous expression and relevant researches.关键词
