摘要

Abstract

High-quality dryland spring wheat variety Ganchun No. 25, the original code is A005-1, selected by Gansu Agricultural University and Huining Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau with the parental combination of Huining No. 15 and mature of May for 12 years( 1999-2011) , passed technical appraisal in December 31, 2011 and named Ganchun No. 25 by Gansu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee during January 9-12, 2012. This variety has high productivity, good quality, drought tolerance, disease resistance, lodging resistance, high grain weight, mature yellowing. The average yield is 3 185.40 kg/hm2, more than CK (Dingxi 35) by 9.06% , in regional trial from 2009 to 2010,1 936.35 kg/hm2 and more than CK (Dingxi 35) by 18.01% in production demonstration in 2011. The study on Ganchun No. 25 of suitable density and amount of fertilizer in the arid and semi-arid regions showed that when planted density is 3. 75 million plants/hm , ( NH4) 2HPO4 is 96 kg/hm2, the yields is the highest reached 1 985. 69 kg/ hm2.
