西宁地区金叶风箱果嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究
Study on Young Branch Cutting Techniques of Physocarpus opulifolium Lutein in Xining Area
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss good seedling breeding methods of Physocarpus opulifolium Lutein in Xining Area. [Method] Physocarpus opulifolium Lutein s semi-ligneous young branches treated with IBA, NAA, ABT6 rooting powder were chose to carry out cutting test. [ Result] There were different rooting effects when cutting base were immersed in IBA, NAA and ABT6 rooting powder before cutting resp. . Average rooting rate of ABT6 rooting powder, NAA and IBA treatments under all concentrations was 23. 22% , 14. 61 % and 10. 72% resp. , and ABT6 rooting powder treatment had significant difference with NAA and IBA treatment. [ Conclusion ] Comparing to IBA and NAA, ABT6 rooting powder has significant effects of improving cutting survival rate of Physocarpus opulifolium Lutein.关键词
