正交试验优化超声波提取独活有效成分的工艺研究
Ultrasound Assisted Extraction of Total Coumarins from Radix Angelicae Pubescent by Orthogonal Experiments Design
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To optimum processing conditions for extracting RADIX ANGELICAE PUBESCENT effective components assisted by ultrasound. [ Method] The ultrasonic assisted extraction of total coumarin from RADIX ANGELICAE PUBESCENT has advantages of shortened extraction time, less solvent, higher extraction efficiency. The optimal extraction conditions including solvent dosage, ethanol concentration, and extraction temperature were obtained by orthogonal experiments design in this paper. It was shown that ethanol concentration on the extraction yield of total coumarins is the most significant, followed by solvent dosage, and extraction time. The orthogonal experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were ethanol concentration 60% , extraction time 20 min, solvent amount 10 ml/g. [Conclusion] Ultrasound assisted extraction of RADIX ANGELICAE PUBESCENTIS total coumarins need short time, few solvent with high efficiency.关键词
