复方霍山石斛浸膏增强免疫力作用的研究
Research on Enhancing Immunity of the Extracts of Dendrobium huoshanense
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of the extract of Dendrobium huoshanense on the immune function of mice. [ Method] The mice were fed with the extract at the dose of 3. 0, 1.0,0.5 and 0 respectively, once a day for 30 days, and then 7 indexes of immune function were measured to judge the effect of the extract on immune system. [ Result] In comparison with the control group, all the results of the experimental groups showed the enhancement on transformation and proliferation of splenic lymphocyte; the quantity of the mice antibody-producing cell and the sheep erythrocyte antibody levels in serum were also raised. The mononuclear macrophage ability to eliminate carbon and mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity were increased; the delayed hypersensitivity was accelerated, and the activity of NK cell was improved obviously. [Conclusion] The extract could enhance immune function of mice.关键词
