Abstract
The relationship hetween mankind and nature as well as mankind and climate was introduced firstly, and then the necessity to remove negative value accompanying the improvement of humanized nature vatlue was analyzed, finally the wsys to insist on the unity of natural view and development view to realize tin- harmony between mankind and climate were proposed.关键词
