广西龙眼果实中γ-氨基丁酸含量的测定研究
Determination of the γ-aminobutyricacid in Guangxi Longan Fruit
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To better study the functional components of longan fruits. [ Method] The content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in 23 longan species planted in Guangxi were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer. [Result] The content of γ-aminobutyric acid was different in different longan species, ranging from 780 to 2 400 mg/kg ( FW) , the average content was 1 610 tng/kg ( FW). Shixia longan (Wuxuan) had the highest content, and Dongbao No. 9 was the second. The highest GABA content was 3. 1 times that of the lowest in Uawuyuan, and 1.5 times that of the average. [Conclusion] The study provided guidance for the evaluation of GABA content in longan and the exploitation of longan resources.关键词
