摘要
Abstract
The aim was to analyze the genetic diversity of Populus deltoids Marsh, and its hybrids clones by AFLP technique. [ Method] The genetic diversity and relationship of 63 Populus L. clones were tested by AFLP molecular marker technique, and then the hierarchical diagram was constructed. [ Result] PCR was done with the 63 Populus L. clones by the selected 8 primers and a total of 1 153 fragments were produced, 1 152 of which were polymorphic with a polymorphism percentage of 99.92% , this result showed that there were abundant diversities in enzyme digestion sites among different Populus L. clones in the DNA level. There were a total of 165 specific bands, including 14 missing bands. The molecular genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.077 9 to 0. 794 6, and the average being 0. 548 7 indicated that genetic variation occurred among them. All of Populus L. were clustered into 7 groups with UPGMA, and the same species didn' t distribute in the same group toally. [ Conclusion] It prepared utility reference in molecular level for the evaluation, protection and utilization of Populus deltoids Marsh, germplasm resource.关键词
