Research Summaries on LTR Retrotransposons of Plants
摘要
Abstract
LTR retrotransposons compose a significant part in plant genome and have vital impact on the size, structure, function and evolution of genomes. The research progress of LTR retrotransposon was summarized from aspects of structure character, transposing mechanism, classification, isolation and identification, and their impact on genomes, which will lay a foundation for further study on the functions of LTR retrotransposons in plant genomes.关键词
