Abstract
Based on research progress in immature embryo tissue culture of maize, the factors impacting on immature embryo tissue culture of maize were summarized, including maize genotypes, minimal medium, growth regulator, appendages, etc. in order to provide a reference on establishing a high induction rate, broad-spectrum callus tissue culture medium.关键词
