Study on the Change of Bacteria Strain of Burley Tobacco during Air-curing

摘要

Abstract

In order to prove up the variety trend of bacteria strain of burley tobacco during air-curing. [ Method ] Spraying bacteria WB5 on the harvest leaves in the field test at 1 day before harvesting, and the CK was treated by spraying pure water, the tobacco leaves were collected every 5 days, then isolated bacteria from sample and counted, proved up their the variety trend. [Result] The results showed that the total bacteria strain was 105 - 109 CFU/g during air-curing; The bacteria strain amount was higher during air-curing 0-15 days, while the total bacteria strain amount was lower during air-curing 30 -45 days. [ Conclusion] The study provides a scientific and theoretical basis for deep science research on the burley tobacco.
