摘要

Abstract

The light transmission characteristics of different pesticide formulations were studied to provide the basis for mixed concentration online accurate measurement. [ Method ] After different concentrations of EC and WP formulations were prepared respectively, and cuvettes with different light transmittance thickness were selected, The absorbance of EC and WP were measured by using UV-Vis spectro-photometer to get the corresponding transmittance characteristics. [ Result] In the UV-visible wavelength range, the absorbance of the solution or suspension prepared by EC or WP generally decreased with the increase of wavelength. There was a better distinction in the range of 600 -800 nm. The absorbance value of the solution increased with the increasing of light transmission thickness. [Conclusion] The mixture of EC and WP can be distinguished by absorbance, and different transmittanee thickness should be chosen for different range of concentrations to obtain a better measurement accuracy.
