摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to make the induction estrus test of bitches in diestrus by PMSG + HCG hormone combination. [ Method ] Using the estrus diagnosis methods of external observation, smear examination and teaser test, the effects of PMSG and HCG on the induction estrus of canine were studied. [Result] Among 7 tested bitches, 6 bitches showed estrous symptom and 5 bitches were successfully mated, 2 bitches were successfully pregnant. [ Conclusion ] It was effective to induce the estrus of bitch by using PMSG and HCG. The induced oestrus rate and ovulation rate were higher, but the pregnant rate was low.关键词
