羊鲍精巢显微结构的研究
Study on the Microstructure of Spermary of Haliotis ovina Gmelin
摘要
Abstract
The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the artificial propagation of Haliotis ovina Gmelin. [ Method ] The microstructure of spermary of Haliotis ovina Gmelin was studied by light microscopy technology. [ Result] The spermary of H. ovina was composed of adventitia and a large number of seminiferous tubules. The adventitia separated gonad from hepatopancreas, which was composed of outer monolayer, cubical epithelium and smooth muscle fibre and connective tissue. The seminiferous tubules branched extentively in gonad, extended from the outer to the innermost. The gonad was divided into lots of small cavity. The development of germ cell in seminiferous tubules look on regional characters. The more mature germ cell was, the closer to the center of the cavity it was; whereas the less mature one was closer to seminiferous tubules wall. [ Conclusion] The occurrence of germ cell and gonad development of the spermary of H. ovina were similar to that of Haliotis discus hannai.关键词
