The Importance of Classification Criteria and Distribution of Varieties of Craspedacusta in China
摘要
Abstract
Combining with international common method, the classification of Craspedacusta in literatures of China were analyzed, the shortcomings were pointed out. In our country, we always classifying Craspedacusta according to description of morphology and comparison, while the morphology of Craspedacusta changed in different stages of growth and development, different physiological period and difference of environment, so the classification method for Craspedacusta in China is not scientific. The molecular biology technique could be used in study of Craspedacusta, PCR and DNA sequence-detecting technique was established to determine the genome sequence which is used for assistant classification , then, combining with consistency of morphology, Craspedacusta was classified.关键词
