Exploration and Practice of Phased Post Practice Mode for Major of Speciality in Landscaping Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
According to the problems in post practice of speciality in landscaping technology, the post practice mode of ' three-phase post practice, three-layer ability enhancement" was constructed on the basis of research on the posts' dynamic change, time and cycle of post practice through in-depth enterprise survey and analysis with teaching guidance committee. The implementation of this mode established the lasting effect mechanism of post practice, realized the standardization and refinement of post practice administration, pushed the construction of education mechanism by cooperation between school and enterprise, and cultivated qualified and skilled talents for the development of landscape industry.关键词
