Abstract
Pay attention to people' s livelihood, should be Chinese dynasties ruler' s duties. How about people' s life during Kang-Qian period of Qing Dynasty Based on local records, people' s normal production, living conditions and the situation after the flooding, drought in Zhouzhi Region in western Shaanxi were reviewed. It was concluded that situation of survival of people of in Zhouzhi Region during Kang-Qian period was worth to worry deeply. This is precisely a parody for the "Kang- Qian world".关键词
