SNP对涝渍胁迫下水稻种子萌发及秧苗素质的影响
Effects of SNP on Rice Germination and Seedling Quality under Waterlogging Stress
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The effects of SNP on rice seed germination and seedling growth under waterlogging stress were discussed. [Method] Water and 50 \iM SNP solution was used to submerge rice seeds for 24 hours, respectively. After the roots geminating at 2 - 5 mm length, the seeds were subjected to waterlogging for 72 hours. Then the seedlings formation rate and other indexes were checked. [Result] The results showed that compared to the control, SNP treatment increased the seedlings formation rate by 36. 7% , root length by 22. 5% , plant height by 10. 6% , dry weight by 41. 1% and relative vigor index by 30. 4% , respectively. [ Conclusion] SNP could dramatically enhance the seedlings formation rate, seedlings quality and relative vigor index of rice under waterlogging conditions, which can be helpful for agricultural practice.关键词
