摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To determine nicotine acid content in pistachio of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography was adopted to determine soluble vitamin nicotine acid in pistachio of Xinjiang. In the experiment, the column was Symmetry Shield RP18(4. 6 mm×250 mm×5 μm) using 10 mmol/L KH2PO4 as mobile phase, and it was detected by UV scanning at a wavelength of 266 nm. [ Result] The result showed that the content of nicotinic acid in pistachio of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is rich (113. 1 mg/kg), which also has high nutritional value. Consume pistachio in moderation will effectively supply people' s demand of nicotinic acid. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate, which will provide scientific basis for further development and application.关键词
