摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] To study the correlations between the tar/puff number in mainstream smoke of unblended cigarette and the conventional chemical constituents in tobacco leaf. [Method] The tar and puff number in mainstream smoke and the contents of conventional chemical constituents (total sugar, total nitrogen, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium, chlorine) in 15 samples of flue-cured tobacco were determined by rotational smoking machine and continuous flow injection analyzer, respectively. [ Result] The results showed that tar/puff number in mainstream cigarette smoke significantly positively correlated with the content of nicotine in tobacco leaves and significantly negatively correlated with the content of total sugar, reducing sugar, sugar-nicotine ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio in tobacco leaves and has no relationship with the content of total nitrogen, potassium, chlorine and potassium-chlorine ratio in tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] The study will provide reference for low tar flue-cured tobacco formula design.关键词
