中国农村土地流转中介组织研究:交易费用的降低与影响因素的确认——以浙江省余姚市、江西省南昌县为例
The Rural Land Transfer Intermediary Organizations of China : the Reduction of Transaction Costs and the Confirm of Influencing Factors
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] With Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, Nanchang County Jiangxi Province as an example, from the perspective of new system economics, effects of rural land intermediary organizations on transaction cost were analyzed and influencing factors were confirmed. [Method] On the basis of economics theory analysis, the case study was compared. [Result] Rural land transfer intermediary organizations could reduce transaction fee in land transfer and make the rural land transfer market active. The degree of involvement of the local government , the incentives for village cadres, protection or incentives for land owners, as well as the development of local labor markets play an irreplaceable role in the establishment and evolution of the land transfer intermediary organizations. [ Conclusion] The rural land transfer intermediary organizations are able to reduce transaction costs in land transfer and influencing factors need more attention in the process of intermediar-y organizations.关键词
