摘要
Abstract
Employing qualitative, induction and deduction methods, starting from analysis of the connotation of increase and decrease hook policy of urban and rural construction land, aiming at three key links of rural construction land consolidation, fund collection, management of hook turnover index, sereral modes for key links of urban and rural construction land increases or decrease hook: villages relocation, hollow village transformation, move village onto mountain and so on. The suitable region for different modes were studied, the results will provide a certain reference for reasonable operation of increase or decrease hook work of urban and rural construction land.关键词
