基于红外热像技术的健康人脏腑功能的可视化研究
Visualized study on functions of viscera and bowels in health people based on infrared thermal imaging technology

Abstract
Objective To determine the temperature range and energy distribution laws of viscera and bowels in health people and analyze the influencing factors. Methods The subjects (n = 167) were divided into male group (group A) , female group (group B) , group aged 45 or below (group C) , group aged from 46 to 60 ( group D) and group aged 61 or over ( group E). The relative temperature of viscera and bowels was detected by using medical infrared thermal imager and thermal automatic analysis system in all groups. Results The arrangement of temperature rank showed a descending order as follows; lung > descending colon > ascending colon > liver > stomach > kidney > small intestine, which was not correlated to gender and age. The temperature of lung and descending colon had a significant changes in different age groups and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0. 01). Conclusion Infrared thermal imaging technology can be used for measuring the temperature of viscera and bowels comprehensively and objectively, and visualizing the status of viscera and bowels. In the physiological condition, the temperature shows a regular arrangement and correlated to age factor, and which is typical in lung and descending colon.关键词
