摘要
Abstract
It was studied on hollow glass micro bead/epoxy resin compound materials preparation molding, formulation design. And material density, mechanical properties, thermal properties were conducted the experimental study. The results showed that; the density of hollow glass micro bead/epoxy resin compound materials is adjustable in 0. 28 ~0. 8g/cm3, the compression strength achieves 4. 5MPa ~ 120MPa, hollow glass micro spheres/epoxy resin composite materials has the good machinability, can be used trucks, sawing, planing, grinding, milling and other processing methods,and float to deepwater made by self ball has carried out deepwater simulating an experiment, smoothly through submarine 2000m and 3500m water depth experiment The inspection, the float does not infiltrate leakproof.关键词
