Abstract
Pre-treatment of coating, types of coating and coating structure design are the key technologies for the mold surface treatment. Compared with the conventional pre-treatment process, one step degreasing,etching pre-treatment process can make the product surface not only roughness higher but also more uniform; The thermal stability and wear resistance of coatings are investigated. The spray coating and Co-Ni coating have good thermal stability and wear resistance, and have a good use of performance; Coating structure design, including the size and distribution of coating thickness, and application of composite structure coating, will significantly affect the life of continuous casting mould.关键词
