摘要

Abstract

2024 aluminium alloys was treated by three methods: (1 )hard anodic oxidation (the standard process used in Chinese aviation industry) ,(2) micro-arc oxidation and (3)micro-arc oxidation followed by sealing. The fatigue properties of three samples prepared by three methods were compared under typical stress ratio (R= —1. 0) conditions. The results show that the fatigue properties of 2024 aluminium alloy treated by hard anodic oxidation process are lower than that of 2024 alloy substrate both at high and low fatigue loads; The fatigue properties of 2024 aluminium alloy treated by micro-arc oxidation treatment are better than that of 2024 alloy substrate at low fatigue loads, but worse than that of 2024 alloy substrate at high fatigue loads; The fatigue properties of 2024 aluminium alloys treated by micro-arc oxidation and sealing treatment are better than that of 2024 aluminium alloy substrate without oxidation treatment.
