摘要

Abstract

Introduced are the working environment, typical hydraulic system structure of formation tester and recent hydraulic manifold block technology. Taking integration hydraulic technology of formation tester ERCT as example, studied are modularization technology of hydraulic system,integration technology of power unit and control unit in formation tester ERCT. Analyzed are the main characteristics of hydraulic integration system in formation tester ERCT. The reliability and stability of hydraulic system in formation tester ERCT are enhanced by hydraulic manifold block technology. The maintenance of tools becomes much more convenient. The integration technology has significant reference value for the design of hydraulic system in other downhole tools.
