Syntheses and Characterization of Polyfluoroaniline
摘要
Abstract
Polyaniline and polyfluoroaniline have been synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization using twelve alkyl ammonium sodium(SDS),ammonium persulfate(APS),aniline(ANI) and 3-fluoroaniline(FANI),respectively.The morphology and properties of polyaniline and polyfluoroaniline were investigated by TGA,FTIR,SEM and contact angles measurement.Experimental results demonstrated that,the particle size of nanospherical PFANI is about 100 nm and present free self-aggregate.Moreover,the stability of PFANI emulsion was higher than that of PANI emulsion significantly.It was also found that the PFANI film prepared was very hydrophobic and exhibited excellent water repellency,due to the present of C-F group.关键词
