An analysis of traditional chinese medicine human resources in chongqing
目的 分析重庆市医疗机构中医药人才现状和存在的问题,提出重庆市中医药人才队伍建设的建议.方法 采取文献查询与专家咨询方法,对重庆市医疗机构中医药人才现状进行分析.结果 重庆市中医药人才队伍结构不合理,缺乏中高级中医人才和中药人才;分布不均衡,主要集中在"一小时经济圈".结论 政府应培养和引进中医药高级专门人才;设置独立的中医药本科院校;以政府为主导,实现中医药人才在区域间合理配置.
Objective To analyze the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) human resources in Chongqing in the year of 2010,to put forward a proposal on feasible countermeasures of TCM human resources development of Chongqing.
