抗SPAG9自身抗体在肿瘤患者外周血中表达分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the expression of anti-SPAG9 autoantibody in peripheral blood of cancer patients by testing the anti-SPAG9 autoantibody in serum of cancer patients. Methods KLISA built by SPAG9 recombinant protein for the detection the levels of serum SPAG9 antibodies in liver cancer, lung cancer and other cancers patients to monitor the immune response against SPAG9 in cancer patients. The positive criterion was titers above the mean ± 2 SD of the healthy sera. Results The total positive rate of 86 cancer patients was 32. 6%;liver cancer group was about 48. 1% ;lung group was just 16. 2% and others was 40. 8%. Conclusion Anti-SPAG9 autoantibody expression in peripheral blood of various cancer patients with different degree which worthiness further study.关键词
